Ratings Policy

Movies are a great form of family entertainment - but not every movie is suitable for every member of the family. That's why CWTheaters fully supports and enforces the ratings system outlined by the Motion Picture Association of America. CWTheaters's policy is that children under the age of six are not allowed to attend R-Rated showings beginning after 6:00pm. Click here to see more information.

Ticket Refunds

You may request a refund for your CWTheaters tickets up to 60 minutes prior to showtime. No refunds will be issued after the scheduled showtime. If you purchased tickets through CWTheaters.com or the CWTheaters mobile app:

• Use the refund link in your confirmation email (up to one hour before showtime), or

• Submit a request through the Contact Us form on our website.

Refunds will be issued as credit to your CWTheaters account. Any CineStar rewards used or earned will be returned to your account, with the following exceptions:

• Convenience fees from online purchases are non-refundable.

• CineStar credits redeemed for tickets cannot be refunded or reissued.

If you purchased tickets through a third-party service (e.g., Fandango or Atom), please contact them directly for refund assistance. If you need a refund to your credit card, please contact the CWTheaters location where you purchased your tickets.

CineStar Loyalty & Pass Refunds

Monthly CineStar Passes can be canceled at any time. Upon cancellation, your benefits will end immediately, and a prorated refund for any unused portion of the current billing cycle will be issued to your original payment method. Annual CineStar Passes are non-refundable after the first 7 days of activation. If you request a refund within the first 7 days and have not used any ticket benefits, you may be eligible for a full refund. Please note:

• Any rewards or bonus offers redeemed prior to cancellation may be deducted from your refund amount.

• Promotional or discounted annual passes are final sale and not eligible for refunds.

Cancellation Policy

If a screening is canceled by CWTheaters due to technical issues or unforeseen events, affected guests will be offered either a full refund or a readmission pass, at the discretion of theater management
